Frequently Asked Questions
I haven't received my portraits yet — how long does it take?
Generating images only takes a few minutes. The limiting factor to portrait generation is the EVE API, since we can only read the wallet once per hour and we are rate-limited on how many EVE Mails we can send at a time.
Broadly speaking, you should receive your portrait within 1-2 hours of sending ISK. If you still haven't received anything after 24 hours and you can't find your portraits in the gallery, send an in-game mail to Face Of Space and we will investigate for you.
Can I order more than four generations?
The number of generations per request is intentionally limited. You can, however, submit more than one request if you want more portraits. If you want to make a bulk request for a character with discounts (more than 20), please contact Face Of Space in-game.
I don't like my portraits, can I have them regenerated or refunded?
There is an underlying cost to generating images, so in most cases we will not regenerate portraits or process refunds for you. You can submit another request with ISK if you want to try out more generations.
I sent the wrong amount of ISK, can I get my money back?
The system is entirely automated using wallet entries from the EVE API. As you would with Jita contracts, please double-check that you are sending the correct amount of ISK and that it's going to EPRT Holdings [EPRT]. If you send anything we don't recognise, we will round down to the nearest pricing tier. Anything in between will be considered as a tip.
Any other questions, please send an in-game mail to Face Of Space and cite your reference if you have one.
